At least 10 people were arrested at a pro-Palestine protest on the University of South Florida campus in Tampa on Tuesday, April 30, local media
reported.Footage recorded by John Gregg shows a heavy police presence at the protest on
MLK Plaza.Gregg’s footage also shows police detaining Jake Yaakov Geffon, a
representative of the Progressive Jewish Coalition of Central Florida, who was seen supporting protesters while wearing a yarmulke and prayer shawl and blowing a shofar, a horn used for Jewish religious ceremonies.Geffon was also seen handing makeshift shields to protesters.Local media
