A driver was arrested on November 25 after leading deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) on a high-speed chase in Lutz, Florida, after fleeing a traffic stop.The pursuit ended near Fowler Avenue and Riverhills Drive, where the driver abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot. Deputies apprehended the suspect after a brief foot chase, the sheriff’s office said.Sheriff Chad Chronister praised the teamwork between HCSO’s Aviation Unit and ground deputies. “I am continually proud of our deputies and their commitment to protecting our community.
