US Secretary of State Antony Blinken landed in Israel on Thursday, October 12, to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior officials, as Israel continued to target Hamas following deadly attacks over the weekend.Footage released by the US Embassy shows Blinken landing at Ben Gurion Airport.Speaking before departing the US, Blinken compared the violence carried out by Hamas to previous actions of Islamic State.“We’ve seen the almost indescribable acts committed by Hamas against Israeli men, women, and children,” he said.
