A powerful earthquake shook up a pool in Vacaville, California, on Thursday, December 5, footage shows.The United States Geological Survey (USGS) said the earthquake registered as 7.0 magnitude and was detected 63 km west-northwest of Petrolia, at a depth of 0.6 km.A tsunami warning was initially issued for parts of the northern California and southern Oregon coasts as a result, but was later cancelled.Footage taken by @danimonique10 shows water sloshing around in her pool in Vacaville, southwest of Sacramento, on Thursday.“Couldn’t feel the earthquake in Vacaville but I could see it in the pool,” she wrote on X.
