The National Weather Service (NWS) extended a flood warning in eastern Kentucky on Monday, February 17, after heavy rainfall caused rivers and creeks in Kentucky to overflow their banks,As much as 7 inches of rain had fallen over the weekend in some parts of the state, the weather service said.Drone footage captured by Daniel Reeves shows a football field completely underwater in Williamsburg on Monday.According to the NWS, the Cumberland River was 30.2 feet and expected to rise to 30.4 feet.
