A tornado watch was in effect for 23 Kentucky counties as severe storms passed through the region on Wednesday, May 8.The storms were also threatening portions of Kentucky and Indiana with excessive rainfall, the National Weather Service (NWS) warned.Timothy Hudson said he filmed this footage in Columbia, northeast of Bowling Green, on Wednesday.The threat for severe weather would last into Wednesday night, according to the NWS.
