Police arrested 20 people in East Yorkshire, England, on Saturday, August 3, as disruptive anti-immigration protests continued across the United Kingdom.Footage filmed by X user @garchizzy in Hull shows people throwing objects at a shop, and a big hole in the shop window of the building next to it. It also shows a young man walking with a fire extinguisher and a fire burning next to a phone booth.“The sad part is that most of the people smashing up shops are youngsters,” the source wrote on X.On Saturday night, Humberside Police said vehicles and local businesses were subjected to “extensive criminal damage” and protesters set fire to wheelie bins and tires in Saturday afternoon’s protest.Other protests broke out in several locations across the United Kingdom, including Liverpool, Manchester and Belfast.On Sunday morning, more than 100 residents gathered in Hull for a volunteer clean-up following the protests, local media reported.
