An adorable California mountain lion cub rescued in August has continued to thrive and is “getting stronger every day,” the Oakland Zoo said on Friday, September 20.The cub was brought to the zoo after he was found walking alone down a road in El Dorado County in early August.The zoo said the cub will need strength “to be able to play safely in the cub space” in the large California Trail habitat, where he’ll be able to interact with the zoo’s two pumas.
