Texas residents were out on June 20 surveying the effects of the first named storm of the season, which brought wind, rain, and flooding to coastal areas the day before.The National Weather Service (NWS) said its warning coordination meteorologist filmed this footage while surveying the Corpus Christi area on Thursday.According to local reports, storm Alberto brought lots of rain, but caused “little damage.”Alberto made landfall in northeastern Mexico as a tropical storm on Thursday morning before weakening to a tropical depression as it moved inland, the National Hurricane Center said.
