A tropical storm warning was in effect for the island of Jamaica on Tuesday, November 5, as Rafael swirled to its southwest in the Caribbean Sea, satellite imagery shows.The National Hurricane Center (NHC) warned that the storm had the potential to become a hurricane as it passed near the Cayman Islands, “with further strengthening before it makes landfall in Cuba.”Timelapse satellite imagery shows the sun rising on Rafael on Tuesday morning.
