At least 18 people were killed as flash floods caused devastation in parts of central Bosnia and Herzegovina over October 3 and 4, according to Bosnian media, citing officials.The worst-affected area was Jablanica, a town and municipality in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, where at least 16 of the victims were found, reports said.
