The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was at pains to remined people that “driving through standing water is never a good idea,” releasing bodycam footage from one deputy who was kept busy helping people out of their swamped cars on October 12.“You can’t always tell how deep the water is or what’s hidden underneath.
