Winter weather warnings were in effect for parts of southern Montana as heavy snow and gusty winds hit the region on Monday, November 18.Footage shows fluffy snowflakes coming down on Red Lodge Mountain on Monday, 12 days before the resort was scheduled to open for the ski season. According to the resort, four inches of snow had fallen.The National Weather Service warned the area to expect additional snow accumulations up to two inches and wind gusts as high as 30 mph through Monday afternoon.“Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will become slick and hazardous.
