A
wildfire in the mountains of Malibu, California, spread rapidly in the early morning hours of December 10, threatening homes and the campus of
Pepperdine University.According to the
Los Angeles Times, more than half of Malibu had been ordered to evacuate. The fire, which started on December 9, had grown to an estimated 2,713 acres by Tuesday with no containment, fire officials reported.Footage shows the blaze appearing on satellite on Tuesday.Thousands in the Los Angeles community were
