NASA’s Europa Clipper headed off toward Jupiter’s ice-covered moon on Monday, October 14, after being launched from Florida’s Kennedy Space Center aboard SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket,The Europa Clipper is the first mission designed to conduct a detailed study of Jupiter’s moon Europa, NASA said.The clipper was expected to reach its destination in April 2030 following a 1.8-billion-mile journey.SpaceX said it marked the 11th launch for the Falcon Heavy rocket.
