Winter storm warnings were in effect for parts of northern New Mexico as a “powerful” early season snowstorm hit the region on Thursday, November 7, the National Weather Service (NWS)
said.The storm was expected to drop up to an additional 16 inches of snow in higher elevations through Friday morning, the NWS
