At least two people were killed and six injured after a shooting in downtown Orlando, Florida, as people celebrated Halloween on October 31, Orlando police chief Eric Smith said during a news conference.A 17-year-old suspect identified as Jalen Dwayne Walker was arrested, Smith said.Footage filmed by Brad Perry showed a large amount of police and vehicles at the scene of the shooting in downtown Orlando.
