A dolphin was rescued and released after becoming trapped in a shallow lagoon in north Italy on January 6.Footage from Italy’s fire service, the Vigili del Fuoco, shows the dolphin being rolled from a raft into the sea.According to information from the Miramare Marine Protected Area, a cyclist spotted the dolphin stuck in the lagoon in just 30 cm of water.Rescue teams from several agencies worked together to place a stretcher underneath the dolphin and transport it via raft to the open sea.
