Syria Civil Defense crews worked to extinguish fires that broke out after what they said was a Russian strike on a group of health facilities in Idlib, on Monday, December 2.Footage released by the Syria Civil Defense, also known the White Helmets, shows damage inside a facility and burnt cars smoldering outside one of the hospital buildings.The White Helmets said the attack caused civilian casualties in the hospital.The Idlib Health Directorate said its building and a group of four hospitals were hit on Monday.
