Snowfall blanketed parts of Raleigh, North Carolina, on February 19, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a winter weather warning for the region.Footage filmed and uploaded to X by Jack Kendrick shows light snow coating a road in Raleigh.The NWS urged motorists to remain vigilant, warning that “roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.”Warnings for hazardous conditions were in effect until midday Thursday.
