The storefront of a restaurant in Taiwan’s capital was destroyed as typhoon winds lashed Taipei on Thursday, October 31, footage shows.Local resident Michael Stuart captured video of the destruction at Dill, a vegetarian restaurant in the Beitou District.“Holy crap,” Stuart says in the video, “The wall is blown out, collapsed into the street.”Typhoon Kong-rey was the largest storm to hit the island in decades, and was near China’s southeastern coast by Friday.
