Heavy snow blanketed parts of the Poconos region of Pennsylvania on Friday, November 22, causing power outages across the state’s northeast, local media reported.This footage was filmed and posted to Facebook by Vince Spaits, a board member of the Lehigh River Stocking Association, who said he captured it in Gouldsboro on Friday morning.By Friday afternoon, Spaits told Storyful it was “still snowing” in the area. “The latest measure at my place was 16 inches. Very heavy, wet snow, and lots of tree damage and power issues,” Spaits said.The winter storm warning was issued for parts of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania until late Friday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
