A tornado tore through the English town of Aldershot on Friday, September 20, toppling trees and damaging homes.The Tornado & Storm Research Organisation said the tornado had a preliminary track length of 2 km.Footage filmed by local resident Bill Davies shows damage to the roofs of buildings in Aldershot, as well as garden fences and a tree that had been knocked over.“Not everyday a tornado rips through your estate,” Davies wrote on X.Footage circulating online showed the full force of the weather event.The local council said no one was injured.
