A bizarre rescue took place in Shenzhen in China's Guangdong province on December 28 after an SUV driver accidentally plunged his vehicle into a lake. A nearby fisherman sprang into action and incredibly used his fishing rod to hook onto the vehicle's roof rack to drag the man safely to shore. Remarkable footage filmed by the angler captured the unconventional rescue.
