41-year-old Akito Fukushima was arrested at Hilo International Airport in Hawaii on July 9 after grenades were discovered in his carry-on bag during routine Xray screening. The grenades are replicas or inert. It is unknown what Fukushima, who is of Japanese nationality, was going to do with them. He is being held under suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.
