A state agency’s monitoring of a New Zealand highway was interrupted for a few moments recently, when a curious myna bird came a bit too close to the traffic camera.The amusing footage was released by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi and shows the myna landing right in front of the camera and posing for an amusing closeup.“Wishing a great week ahead to everyone except this bird brain that needs to myna its own business,” the agency joked on Facebook. Such a “myna annoyance” could make monitoring roads a bit trickier, they added.“Thankfully the myna didn’t stick around long and our bird’s eye view of the road was soon restored,” they said.
