Fights erupted between pro-Palestinian and pro-Israeli groups outside a synagogue in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 23, with several individuals seen deploying pepper spray.Footage of the scene, captured by Sean Beckner-Carmitchel, shows rival protesters chanting and holding signs in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood of LA. press release, the Los Angeles Police Department said several physical altercations occurred, and confirmed one person was arrested for having a “spiked post” at the protest. The individual was cited and released, according to the
LAPD.The clashes also resulted in two reports of battery, the
