Lake-effect snow blanketed parts of northeast Ohio on Saturday, November 30, prompting local authorities to restrict travel in the region.Footage captured by Joel Huffman shows snowy conditions outside his home in Saybrook, located along the shores of Lake Erie, on Saturday morning.According to Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office, all roadways around Lake County to the Pennsylvania line were restricted to non-emergency travel due to the “extremely hazardous conditions” created by the snow.Lake-effect snow was forecast to continue in the region throughout Saturday, the National Weather Service said.
