Two men were rescued on Saturday, December 28, after their 24-foot fishing vessel ran out of fuel and capsized in rough seas 5 miles south of Desecheo Island, Puerto Rico, the US Coast Guard said.The Coast Guard Sector San Juan responded to a distress alert and a report of a disabled vessel, locating the two men wearing life jackets and rescuing them shortly before their boat capsized in rough seas.The men were hoisted from the water and taken to safety.
