remained in place for parts of south-central California on Saturday, March 11, after excessive rainfall fell across the region.On Friday morning, the severe flooding prompted
evacuation orders which were later
lifted by Santa Cruz officials, who said the threat of waterways flooding had decreased.Local media
reported parts of roads leading to Soquel were severely damaged by flooding.On Saturday, flood watches for the region would
