A line of strong thunderstorms moved southeast through Dallas, Texas, on the morning of Wednesday, April 5, bringing small hail, lightning, and heavy rain, the National Weather Service said.This footage, taken by Nick Starling, shows lightning flashing as rain pours down in Dallas’s Oak Lawn neighborhood.The NWS issued a tornado watch for portions of North Texas until 12 pm on Wednesday.
