A satellite captured images of a powerful nor’easter developing off the coast of North Carolina on Monday, March 13, according to meteorologists.The nor’easter, which is expected to reach Cape Cod on Tuesday, will bring heavy rain and snow to the Northeastern region of the United States, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
