More than 30 people were evacuated from a hotel and surrounding buildings in Midhurst, West Sussex, after a fire was reported in the early hours of Thursday, March 16, the local firefighting service said.Footage recorded by Lizzie May Gillett shows flames rising from the Angel Inn in North Street at around 3 am on Thursday.West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said they were called to the blaze at 1:08 am, at which point the flames had spread to adjacent buildings.Local residents have been advised to keep their doors and windows shut due to smoke in the area.Work is ongoing at the incident, with North Street expected to be closed this morning.
