River levels remained high in southern Manitoba and northeastern North Dakota on April 24 and 25, as fast-melting snow caused flooding, local government said.Footage uploaded to Facebook by the Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office shows their water team patrolling the Red River in North Dakota on April 25.The sheriff’s office said they were able to remove some debris caught on signs that would have ended up on bike paths when the water recedes.The Red River of the North is expected to remain at around 41 feet through the week, above the moderate flood stage of 40 feet, local news reported.Manitoba’s local government issued a flood warning for the Red River.
