Swearing parrots moved with other parrots to curb cursing in risky plot

After going viral for their ability to swear, a group of parrots will be introduced to a larger group of proper parrots in hopes the change of social scenery will curb the bad mouth bird's cursing. The parrots at U.K.'s Lincolnshire Wildlife Park first made international headlines in 2020 after the birds were discovered to repeat swear words. An expert with the zoo says parrots can easily mimic swear words because they're usually said in the same tone, used in similar context and are also said without any associated words. They admit the plot is risky; hopefully for them (but definitely not us) the parrot's bad habits don't rub off on the larger group. in KTLA's Andy Riesmeyer reports.
