Residents across Oklahoma and Kansas felt thegroundmove Wednesday afternoon. Around 3:40 p.m., many people reported feeling an earthquake. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 4.8 magnitude quake struck near Conway Springs, Kansas, which is near the Oklahoma border.
