Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died after actor Alec Baldwin fired a loaded gun on the set of "Rust." Court documents say AD David Halls handed the gun to actor Alec Baldwin prior to the incident, telling him it was not dangerous. Halls's attorney said the AD was "not responsible for checking" guns on set.
