Authorities in Zaragoza, Spain, arrested three suspects and seized over 2,200 marijuana plants on September 10, local media and Guardia Civil said.According to local reports, the investigation began in August following a tipoff from a guard at the Ebro River reservoir who reported having observed two men using a pipe to extract water.The three suspects, Albanian nationals aged between 21 and 34, have been arrested for alleged offenses against public health, violations of flora and fauna regulations, and membership in a criminal group.
