Green Day fans at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan, were left wondering what exactly had happened after the band suddenly ran off the stage during a concert on Wednesday, September 4, and paused the show.Footage recorded by @memphiselle shows an empty stage, with “Show Pause” written on large screens.“Green Day just stopped playing in the middle of Longview, and they got them the hell out of there. They drove them in a little cart down there. They ran off the stage like something was horribly wrong,” the recorder can be heard saying.Local media, citing police, reported that a person suspected of flying a drone over the stadium was arrested and further investigation into the incident is ongoing.The show eventually resumed.
