Steam drifted eerily over Lake Michigan in the early morning hours on November 2, as colder air temperatures hit warmer water.Video filmed from New Buffalo, Michigan, by Nathan Voytovick of Nate’s Dronography shows steam rising from the lake’s surface early on Saturday morning.Voytovick told Storyful the air temperature was approximately 31 degrees Fahrenheit whereas the lake water was twice as warm at around 64 degrees at the time of filming.“It’s cool to see it, only happens for a little bit until the lake cools off,” Voytovick said.
