Severe flash flooding swallowed entire roads in West Central Texas on Tuesday, September 3.Footage captured by StormRunner Media shows the Concho River’s strong current in Paint Rock on Tuesday afternoon.The source told Storyful they filmed the footage from North Jones Avenue, a road that can usually be crossed through the river, but was estimated to be more than 10 feet (3.5 meters) underwater.The National Weather Service (NWS) said widespread showers were expected to continue through Wednesday morning.The agency reported low water crossings were flooded throughout West Central Texas and said river flooding was possible.
