A paddleboarder had a thrilling encounter with feeding pelicans while navigating the waters off the California coast in early March.Bill Clements, otherwise known as Paddlegoat, told Storyful he took advantage of a break between storms to paddle when he “spotted a plethora of bird activity ahead.”“Just two miles from the harbor, I reached a huge bait ball and hundreds of pelicans feeding. They circled the bait ball and took turns plunge diving,” Clements said. “It’s quite remarkable and a thrill to witness in person.”Clements’s footage captures the birds feeding with a fisheye lens effect, offering a unique 360-degree perspective of the scene. He shared the clip on Instagram,
