The Philippine Coast Guard
accused the Chinese Navy of harassing Philippine fishing vessels with an helicopter in Rozul Reef, in the South China Sea, at the end of last month.The Philippine Coast Guard
said it received the footage showing the incident on November 28.Following the incident, the Philippine Coast Guard
sent two vessels to the area “to ensure the safety and security of Filipino fishermen exercising their right to fish freely in Rozul Reef.”Footage and images released by the Philippine Coast Guard show an helicopter hovering low over fishing boats, and a Coast Guard vessel stationed near the fishermen.The China Coast Guard
