A pipeline fire in the Houston area prompted evacuations on Monday, September 16.The fire began in the Deer Park area before spreading to La Porte, according to local reports.This video was filmed by Reyna Lara, who said she captured it in Deer Park.It was not immediately apparent was the pipeline was carrying, or what caused the fire.This is a developing story.
