The Rail Ridge fire grew in central Oregon on Wednesday, September 4, as emergency crews issued evacuation alerts for the surrounding area.Footage filmed and posted to Facebook by resident Cori Kluser Anderson shows a large plume of smoke rising from the south side of the Aldrich Mountains in Grant County, Oregon, on Wednesday.
