US Ukraine and Russia envoy Keith Kellogg said it was nice to be in Kyiv “on the third anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine” as he arrived in Ukraine’s capital for talks with its president Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday, February 19.Speaking to media as he arrived in Kyiv, Kellogg said: “We understand the need for security guarantees.
