Ramzan Kadyrov, Russian politician and leader of the Chechen Republic, said a Cybertruck he claimed was gifted to him by Elon Musk was remotely deactivated, and said two others were deployed to Ukraine in separate posts on September 19 and 20.Kadyrov first wrote on Telegram about the Cybertruck on August 17, claiming Musk had gifted him the vehicle and lauding its capabilities.
