The city of Brzeg, Poland, was in a state of emergency on Tuesday, September 17, according to local authorities, as the army was brought in to help repair damage caused by deadly flooding.Footage released by the Polish Ministry of National Defense shows soldiers working at the sewage plant in the city.The city said power to the plant had to be cut on Tuesday morning.A state of natural disaster was declared in Brzeg on Tuesday afternoon.At least five people have died in floods in Poland in recent days, caused by torrential rain that has also affected Austria, the Czech Republic, and several Balkan countries.
