A man and a woman had to be rescued by a fire crew on July 3, after their vehicle was seen speeding into floodwater on a road near Fulton, Missouri.Fire captain Josh Lippincott said the driver hadn’t realized how deep the water was.The fire department responded to the call at 11:54 am, and both individuals, including a wheelchair-bound passenger, were out and safe by 12:32 pm.The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy at the scene recorded this video. “The water may not look deep, but it can be deceiving and dangerous,” the sheriff’s office said.
