Snow squalls swept through parts of Pennsylvania on January 29, according to the
National Weather Service (NWS).This video of snowfall in State College was captured by X user Matthew Howard on Wednesday.Early Wednesday morning, the NWS
warned that snow and strong winds would travel through central Pennsylvania and that temperatures would “turn sharply colder” because of an arctic cold front.By the afternoon, the
